Presentation guidelines

• Oral presentations are scheduled for 12 minutes, followed by 3 minutes for questions.

To prepare your oral presentation, you may use the conference template :-)

You must upload your presentation online the day before the start of your session following this link : https://sdrive.cnrs.fr/s/bzEGdxQaogPa5T5

Please name the file using the following notation: Session number (XXX-xx)_NAME (name of the speaker) », e.g., II-2_DUPOND.pptx

If you wish to modify your submission, please resubmit your presentation, adding a ‘-2’ to the end of your file name, e.g., II-2_DUPOND-2.pptx.

• Poster size should be A0, portrait-oriented

Your poster(s) will remain on display for two days (Monday & Tuesday, or Thursday & Friday, depending on the day of your assigned poster session in the program). If your session is scheduled on Monday or Tuesday, your poster will stay up on both Monday and Tuesday; the same applies for Thursday and Friday.
