This success makes our task quite difficult as we've been quite betrayed by our registration system. Some of you indeed still encounter problem to pay their registration fee or book the gala dinner. Well, well, sorry guys, but we do our best and are mud lovers, like you, not geeks, so please be indulgent and don't panic.

We are indeed working hard to propose everyone a solution to solve those issues. Till then please note :

- your registration will remain effective at least until end of September, even if the payment process was not completed

- in worst cases, we'll manage to propose you a payment option by CB on-site (not to be privileged, but if you want to queue all morning long...)

- we will propose a late-registration option for the gala dinner in September.

Right now, our admin angels (Cindy and Christine: eternal thanks to them!) are close to take deserved vacations, so don't be surprised if you get no answer from them. Please be patient, enjoy the summer on the field or on vacation (or neither of them if your are from the southern hemisphere, sorry...) and check your e-mails, our website and social media, end of August.

In case of emergency there'll still be someone to answer @: ialipa-2025@sciencesconf.org

Finally, thanks to a gang of youngsters, the festive and convivial part of the congress is also taking form. Can't tell you everything, but something that's sure is that you shouldn't be starving or running out of coffee and b***.

A special thank to Julia, Andrea and Chrisitne who prepared your local welcoming gifts and crowfunding counterparts ; William and Emeline who worked on the gala dinner and breaks ; Theo who proposed and organised the gala animation ; Olivia and François who booked the foodtrucks for lunches ; Charline (one more time) who took in charge the babysitting facility ; as well as Renaldo and Marie. Sure you'll have plenty of occasions to cheer and offer them a b*** on-site!
